Help Desk Representative/Trainer | Location: Corporate Office

Prior experience in a call center environment/instructional training helpful.

General Requirements:
  • Possess a pleasant telephone voice and manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Public speaking skills
  • Ability to type efficiently
  • Hands-on experience with a Windows OS/PC platform in a professional capacity
  • Technical Skills - Microsoft Excel (reformatting, basic functions, & file types), Microsoft Word
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first level phone support to all customers; log and escalate calls.
  • Provide on-site customer training to groups of 2-50 people (requires in-state travel and overnight stays)
  • Listen carefully to customer issues, properly investigate, solve, and document into tracking software

Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline a plus, or equivalent work experience

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications

Marketing Manager | Location: Corporate Office

General Requirements:
  • Familiar with Excel and Word
  • Have excellent verbal and email communications skills
  • Possess great organizational skills
  • Knowledge of contracts and trade shows a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates marketing and sales programs and order merchandise give aways
  • Customer contracts, renewals and billing
  • Review Daily Bids and RFP's
  • Coordination of trade shows and sponsorships
  • Assisting in proposal responses
  • Customer contact: responding to potential clients requests and work with sales representatives and account managers
  • Creation of yearly budget for trade shows and sales/marketing expenses

Education: Associate Degree, two to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications
